I apologize if the photos do not convey the situation. I have a robin's nest in a tree on a street to the side of my house. It's not a busy street, but my neighbors and construction workers like to park under the tree for shade. The mother robin built her nest on one of the lowest branches. To avoid someone knocking it down, I've put a cone under it and warned my neighbors.
