A pair that nested on the Prairie House overlooking Wolf Road Prairie has returned to the porch of the house where they successfully raised 2 broods or a total of nine chicks. They nested over the entrance door, and visitors learned to use the side door. This year we erected three artificial nests on the far end of the porch to lure them away from the door. Time will tell which they will choose.
