I have had my feeders up a couple weeks and daily following the postings of others noticing just one post in this Boston MetroWest area. One adorable male individual has installed himself, it appears, perched high and smartly on a nearby overhead branch with a good view of several of our feeders. This morning he or another male HB made the loudest humming noise I have ever heard come from one tiny bird chasing a second HB from one of the feeders. The day before sighted two at my sister's in Concord so they are here! Yay!
