First male sighting around 3:15 p.m. He announced his arrival - I heard his chatter/chirps before I saw him. He stayed for quite a while and preened his feathers. I only saw him come to the feeder twice but there are lots of wildflowers (trilliums, trout lilies, violets, etc.) and spring bulbs (daffodils, hyacinths, etc.) in bloom. He took off but came back later, although I didn't see him an hour or so before dusk. He was sighted again at 6:30 the next morning so is hopefully here to stay.
