I put my feeders out on May 2nd in anticipation of the arrival. Around 4:45 on May the 7th I had just returned home from work and was at the kitchen window where I have one of my feeders placed. A beautiful large ruby throat flew up for a drink and then flew around to my other feeders, sampling from them as well. My first sighting of the year and I am so excited.
