I hadn't seen any hummingbirds this year until today. I was thrilled to see a male feeding at a feeder. Hummingbirds seem to come the same day or a day later than the orioles. Last year they were here on the first of May.
In 2014 the numbers were way down. In 2013 I filled 5 feeders every day. We had hummingbird wars most of the summer and there were numerous babies brought to the feeder by the parent.
