Number: 1

Started our Project to Save the Monarch Butterflies, volunteers helped to build a butterfly garden sanctuary out of recycled pallets for the walls in the back of our Non-Profit area for Blooming Butterflies, Inc., and using large/long recycled planter boxes and created the perfect environment for Monarchs. Before we could finish planting the milkweed an adult Monarch enlightened us by laying as many eggs as she could on the first 12 plants we were able to find and buy. After 3 weeks we had 27 beautiful Monarch's hatch and put on the most beautiful show for us. As of this date 05/16/2015 we now have a new eggs and caterpillars on our milkweed and look forward to hatching more healthy Monarchs. Please help save our Monarch Butterflies.
