The male was first heard singing away in a tree top of a crab apple tree in full blossom. Upon further investigation, a female was spotted hopping about from branch to branch, seeming to peck away at the blossoms. The male stopped singing and also started hopping around the branches pecking at the blossoms. They did not seem to be bothered by three hot-tubbers chatting away beneath the crab apple tree.
