Our Asclepias tuberosa milkweed is about 1/2 inch high today. I just saw a monarch fly across our yard.
Along the lakefront cliffs Asclepias syriaca is scattered fairly frequently, but is not accessible to me now due to high water and dangerously eroding cliffs. I cannot recognize any emerging yet from walking along the top.
