I release 9 monarch butterflies on 5/22/15 and 7 more yesterday. I have 9 in chrysalis now. I gathered the cats from a local garden shop and raised them in my backyard.

Since bringing these home I've had several visiting monarchs lay a multitude of eggs on my existing milkweed. I had too many cats and not enough milkweed to support them so I passed along about 10 or so cats with several teachers I work with.
