Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 05/23/2015

Number: 1

We saw our first Monarch when we were at Tractor Supply!! Can't wait to see one on our farm, too! First of the season here!:)

We are a 100% sure it was a Monarch. We were very excited on their arrival. We have been waiting for their return with great enthusiasm! We have been raising them for years now.

Matter of fact we are going to look for eggs this evening (5/24) and tomorrow. We live on a farm in NNJ and have hundreds of acres of abundant milkweek to search through out ours and neighboring farms for Monarch eggs . We saddle up our horses and have a fun adventure exploring . Maybe we will find some and have a report on them . Hope so ... it has been a long winter for all and are looking forward to having them in our meadows again!
