two individuals staying at quite a distance from each other on each side of my property. The weather has been between 70-90 degrees F. Not much rain and couple of fast moving storms. Both Monarchs I observed were bright and new looking. Milkweed is up, some of which are blooming. I put in a small butterfly garden this past weekend and amazingly about an hour after doing so is when I observed the Monarchs! I bought some butterfly weed. I have not yet had the chance to get Check for eggs.
