First Monarch adult May 22nd

Monarch looked new... No photos/ flying

Swamp and Common Milkweed in my gardens are knee to thigh high in direct sunlight spots.

Temperatures have been all over the place ... Unseasonably cool and rainy mostly.

Have sighted yellow swallowtail, red admirals, morning cloaks and hummingbird --- Only the one monarch ( which was flying over the interstate ) ..... No eggs found yet ;)
