Saw first Monarch in afternoon in front of house. We did get close enough to identify it. Do not know if it was male or female. Checked the milkweed on the other side of the house but did not find eggs. We have quite a bit of milkweed growing by a Pond but have not had time to check it as we have had rain the last few days.
