Rod and Joan Parrott are well known butterfly breeders in Eastern Ontario. They reported seeing a monarch fly over top of their truck on the boundary line of Northumberland and Durham Counties at the intersection of E. Townline Road and Hwy. #2, Newtonville, Ontario
