This female monarch was just released on this Calibracho. I released 3 monarchs today 2 females and 1 male. The first two took to flight right away. I am glad this beautiful female monarch stayed for me to get a few pictures to share with everyone. It's a helpless feeling to just see them fly off into a tree maybe you will see them again and maybe not. But a good feeling to know they can fly.
