Not sure if it was a male or female ... I was cutting the grass and it floated by. YYIIPPPPEE !!!!

Mother Nature was kind enough last year to plant a native milkweed asclepias syriaca in my backyard. This year, THREE plants came up, so I am carefully monitoring them. Perhaps I will get pods this year. I collected pods from around our area last year, and mailed them out to all my FB friends, and I was unsuccessful in getting them to germinate !! uuugghhh !!
