This is the first Monarch of the season.
I'm usually gardening at least a couple of hours a day
so if they were abundant, I'd notice it.

A bit disappointing at the lack of Monarchs in St. Louis. Also no eggs are larvae on all the milkweed. I'm hoping that all this midwest rain will increase their population.

I'm sure they went through St. Louis earlier, but there were so few
they didn't visit my garden.
