This Monarch was observed in a personal nature preserve where milkweed has been carefully nurtured. The location is ~5 miles NW of Lyons, Colorado. Lat. 40 deg. 18' 1.3638"; Long. 105 deg. 17' 26.4834".The first and only one I’ve seen this year in our area.
