This one is Butterfly Weed Asciepias curassavica it a warm weather milkweed.
It will only survive hardiness to 30 degrees. It's for all you lucky people who live in warmer climates than I do. I am going to try to take cuttings this fall it's my understanding they are easy to start from cuttings. The nice thing is it blooms from spring until winter so it's worth a try to make cuttings in the fall.
