NO MONARCHS IN THE NORTHERN PART OF SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN THIS YEAR. I've been waiting for the monarchs to arrive to no avail. I have hundreds of prime common milkweed for their caterpillars to eat but they stand untouched. I raised 25 monarchs to adulthood last year in September but it looks like there will be none for me to release this year. Too bad.
