We have a vigorously growing honey locust i enjoy watch unfold every single day, and about a week ago i see a nest! It is barely visible.I was thrilled ! After 8 years struggling to save this tree from the deer and dogs, she is grown up enough to house my favorite bird, the robin! Such wonderful memories of nesting robins while staying with my grandmother. It is just so very hot, i hope all will be ok. We do live about 130 feet from a creek, so maybe it is ok. And, we do have the cat still. He is old, but still active. We will fence the area around the tree today. Thank you for this space to share.
