One male Monarch was seen on a butterfly bush in our yard at about 6 PM on July 20, 2015. There is a lot of tall fresh milkweed in our area right now. This was our first Monarch of the summer. We were getting nervous. We sometimes see them a little earlier in July but last year we had so few all summer that we began to worry that the numbers were dropping off. We are hoping for many more visitors!
