Monarch (OTHER Observations)
Sightings report image

Date: 07/21/2015

Number: 1

Monarchs are everywhere I went out to my front yard ditch which had been recently mowed by the city and in three hours I collected 250 eggs from the 1-6 inch milkweed that was growing. While I was collecting the eggs there were three female monarchs laying eggs just as fast as I could get them. I have also been seen 10 to 20 monarchs every day on my hour drive into work. There is so much milkweed around here and so many flowers and more butterflies of all species that I have seen this year, then in the last few years combined.
