I saw a monarch around 2:45 PM. It certainly didn't seem to have a certain direction to which it was going, but flitted around nervously, landing for only a few seconds before flying around again. I also noticed it was chasing black swallowtails. I looked around a couple hours later at 4 PM, but didn't see the monarch around.
