We have milkweed plants in our yard and have seen multiple adult monarch butterflies as well as eggs and larvae. We are currently helping to insure that the larvae survive to full adult stage and metamorphosis. We currently have 12 larvae and 7 eggs, as well as seven large milkweed plants. Our largest caterpillar is about 5 days old.
