I moved 4 Monarch caterpillars from my house nearby to this location. I had to do this because I was running out of milkweed at my house and this rental house has a milkweed plant which I planted last spring. However it has not had any Monarchs eggs or larva on it unlike my plant at home. As I was placing the caterpillars on the plant, I looked up and saw a Monarch flying overhead towards a neighbor's butterfly bush.
