The Monarch was sighted at two pm yesterday, August 7, 2015. It was a monarch that was large, beautiful and healthy. It stayed in my south garden for most of the afternoon taking nector from flowers and flying and landing among my milkweed plants of which there are a dozen or more beautiful plants. She appeared to be laying eggs but since this is new to me, I am not sure. I will be going out to inspect flowers with magnifying glass.. I will report my findings. Mary Reilly
