Monarch Larva Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 08/11/2015

Number: 8

I've been checking the patches of asclepias incarnata daily and found larva at different stages feeding happily. I did find one that seemed to be suffering from "black death" and since the plant was small and it was free of eggs and other larva I have removed the plant to try to eliminate exposure to the others.
