This Monarch stayed around two milkweed plants for about 10 minutes. It would fly a short distance away then return to the same two plants. These were young plants probably in their first year of growth, therefore no blooms and hence no pods. The day was sunny, upper 70s and the sighting took place about 1:30 pm EST.
