Hummingbird, Nectaring from Flowers
Sightings report image

Date: 07/30/2015

Number: 4

We've had a family--at least one male and one female, not sure the gender of the juveniles--really making this season fun. They nectar on my flowers and my neighbors flowers. They have been coming around throughout the whole day from late July through present, 8/14/15. They seem to prefer red pentas, red coneflower, dahlias, gladiolus, and crocisima, as well as fresh nectar in feeders.
