I had 6 monarch at the same time in my garden this afternoon. This is a male monarch nectaring on a zinnia. I saw a female laying eggs on the milkweed this afternoon. My milkweed is getting a work out between the cats and the aphids.
Some my milkweed is pretty pitiful. But it is mid August after all where did this summer go.
