I keep 3 nectar feeders on my front porch & the hummers have been enjoying them all summer. Their activity or numbers seemed to have increased this week and the hummingbird wars are in full force. It is hard to give an exact number of birds because they guard the feeders and zip around chasing each other. I have seen them feeding at my Rose of Sharon tree.
