The resident male Ruby-throated Hummingbird, who has faithfully perched at his post through the summer (see photo), spends his time now drinking and guarding the feeders. Two other female/juveniles get their turn when possible. A Baltimore Oriole family (one male, one female and two juveniles) get first dibs when they want a sip.
