I had my first Monarch Butterfly! The first I've seen in my backyard in decades! Last year I created a milkweed garden, (Showy Milkweed, which is native to our state). I believe this is a female. I looked numerous times, in hopes of finding eggs. No luck. I'll continue to keep watch, though. Overjoyed! :)
