Monarch Egg Sighted

Date: 08/25/2015

Number: 1

While collecting leaves to feed our classroom monarch caterpillars, I found another egg. It was in an area that was about to be mowed, so I brought it to school where we will care for it. We looked at it under our digital microscope and could see the black head of the larva. It was moving and chewing a hole in the egg.
