Numbers are down from a week ago. Between late July and mid-August, I had no adult males at the feeders. One or two have been present the past week or so, and I am not certain whether they are full adults or quickly-maturing juveniles (they still have some black on their chests, making me believe the latter). At least two adult females are still present and fattening up. I am seeing juveniles, but their numbers seem to have decreased this week.
