As in other places we have had lots of rain...the lake level is now spring time high and has risen 12 inches.
Some of the leaves on shrubs are beginning to change colour...a beautiful yellow.
I hear few birds singing anymore..grasshoppers have arrived in large numbers. Caterpillars on the cherry trees have hatched and are about an inch long now.
