Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 08/25/2015

Number: 4

several times this summer (4 or 5 at least), I've seen Monarch's in my garden, which has a plant which I think is a type of milkweed, but I'm not sure which kind. I've seen two at a time, dancing around each other and following each other. I've seen lone butterflies also, and ones feeding on the milkweed, as well as other flowers in the garden. I've also seen several in North Bay at the waterfront where we have community perennial gardens with numerous pollinator friendly plants.

I've tried to take pictures, but every time I get close, they take off.
