I have milkweed plants just started this summer in pots on my terrace. On the 20th and 22nd of August I saw an adult monarch flying around my mother's house next door. No evidence yet of the monarch laying eggs or feeding on my plants. One of the plants has flowers; the others were started from seeds and haven't matured enough for blooms. I'll be planting them in the ground this fall and have more seeds to plant in the spring.
