I saw lots of monarch activity in my backyard, where I plant both annual and perennial milkweed. I saw two obviously mating pairs, which I've never seen before, and they were in the trees more than usual, I think. I was very surprised to see mating pairs ... will the offspring to come fly from Arkansas to Mexico without flying north first?
