I went outside to get a picture of a large black and yellow butterfly. When I got out there, it was gone, but there were two Monarchs on a large butterfly bush. The weather is 96+ degrees here all week, winds WSW 11 mph, no chance of rain until Sept. 8, or so.That is my first sighting for 2015, except for a dead Monarch I found (same location) about 1 1/2 months ago.
