While collecting milkweed for the monarchs I am rearing I retreived three 1st Instar cats. 2 pm hot 27c & humid clear sky day observed wild monarchs flitting about but also a female laying eggs on milkweed & observed a mating pair. The latter two observations, I will submit separately.
