First monarch of the day spotted flying over our house at 9:00am. It was soon followed by others and again we had 5 or more monarchs nectaring in our garden at once. This was before releasing 7 monarchs, 3 female and 4 male. Again today we saw monarchs chasing a hummingbird away from their meadow blazing stars.
