At least 2 males and at least 3 females/subadults at two feeders on deck. Difficult to estimate numbers because chase activity extended over large wooded area, and hummers roosting in trees near feeders are difficult to see except when moving or vocalizing. Saw at least 2 adults chasing and at least 3 females/subadults around feeders at same time. Amount of sugar solution used is still significant but much less than in July.
