On 8/31, I discovered 6 larva that hatched and 1 egg that is continuing to grow, on two different milkweed plants. On 9/3/15, I counted 10 total larva, including 3 on the butterfly milkweed. All, but one, appear to be in the 2nd instar stage. The exception seems to be in the 1st stage. The picture attached shows the 3 larva on the butterfly milkweed plant.
