Hummingbird Sighting (Adult Male)
Sightings report image

Date: 09/03/2015

Number: 1

Yesterday we had two adult RT males feeding all day, today I only observed one in the evening. The one that left, most likely, early this morning was a migrant that stayed only one day. I could tell he was not one of our regulars because he was not familiar with the feeders. Once he figured them out he was feeding every 15 minutes. One of our resident males was last seen September 2nd. I'm hoping, Gabe, our other resident male was the one I saw this evening, unless a migrant has found his perch. Last year he started his journey on September 1st. God speed to these precious birds as they embark on their long journey south!
