This one we call "Crazy Bird" has been here all summer. He has his own tree and his own feeder. I am certain he is the same character who was here last year doing the same thing in the same tree.
When he got back in early Spring he fluttered outside my kitchen window looking in almost as if to say . . . "Hey ! Where's my feeder ?"
He is still active here chasing any other Hummer away. I am surprised he hasn't left yet ! All my other 25 have left and new ones come thru every day. Bless his heart I sit outside every evening to watch his antics but I know he has to leave soon.
