Observed 5 monarchs in about 15 min. in my garden: on Buddleia, zinnias and phlox. Joe Pye weed is nearly done blooming.
Also observed a large female monarch on the grass, faded with a damaged wing. I put her on the Buddleia, she has trouble moving the left wing.
