I haven't seen any Monarchs today (9/9). I was out in the garden all afternoon and not a one. The weather is gloomy and cool. Yesterday (9/8) I saw three Monarchs. They fed briefly on New England Aster and moved on. The wind yesterday was West/Northwest and North in the later pm.
